Shipping policy

1. Prepaid Orders Only

Safensoft currently accepts prepaid orders only.
We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on any products.

All customers must complete payment online through our secure payment gateway before the order is processed.

2. Why COD Is Not Available

To ensure:

  • Faster order processing

  • Secure transactions

  • Reduced fake or refused orders

  • Better pricing and service for genuine customers

we operate on a 100% prepaid model.

3. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept:

  • UPI

  • Debit/Credit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • Wallet payments

  • Other payment options available at checkout

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
No order will be shipped without payment.

5. Payment Failure

If payment fails but amount is deducted:

  • It is usually reversed automatically by the bank within 3–7 working days

  • If not, contact us with transaction details.

6. Fraud Prevention

Safensoft reserves the right to cancel:

  • Suspicious transactions

  • Mismatched billing details

  • Bulk or high-risk orders

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method.
