Refund policy

At Safensoft, customer satisfaction is our priority.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, replacement, or refund as per the terms below.

2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or broken on delivery

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product has manufacturing defects

  • The item is missing parts or accessories

๐Ÿ“Œ The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/video).


3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in these cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Minor color/design variation from website images

  • Used, scratched, or physically damaged by customer

  • Items returned without original packaging, box, or invoice

  • Accessories marked as non-returnable / clearance / final sale


4. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us atย 

  2. Share:

    • Order ID

    • Product name

    • Issue description

    • Unboxing video/photos as proof

Our team will verify and respond within 2โ€“3 working days.


5. Replacement Policy

  • If the issue is valid, we will arrange a free replacement

  • Replacement will be shipped within 3โ€“7 working days after pickup

  • If replacement stock is unavailable, refund will be issued


6. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only if:

  • Replacement is not available

  • Order cancelled before shipping

  • Product confirmed defective after inspection

Refund method:

  • Original payment method (UPI/Card/Bank/Wallet)

  • Processing time: 5โ€“10 working days after approval
